By completing your order, you accept the Terms & Conditions of Sale. Our Warranty does not apply to sales outside the USA. International customers assume all risks.

Treasured Finds reserves the right to change our policies at any time.

What are Treasured Finds Shipping Policies?

At this time we offer patterns by download and email only.   All hard goods are shipped by USPS.

Handling Fee

The HANDLING FEE is calculated automatically upon completing your order. It is based upon a 10% of your order and does not include shipping. The handling fee includes the cost to fill the order. By completing the order, you accept the handling fees.

Shipping Delivery Time

This is the schedule under normal circumstances.  Sometimes emergencies happen.

Except for our busiest period, orders are generally shipped within 1 business day of receiving your order. During our busiest period, it may take up to 3 business days to confirm and complete your order. The delivery time is based on the time it takes to process your order in the order it was received.  

For personal check payment orders additional time will have to be added because this type of payment requires bank clearance before purchases can be shipped via email. Usually 7 to 10 business days.

Items purchased by check or money order, made by mail in are put on hold for 7 days. If after 7 days has passed and payment has not been recieved the item/s will be returned to stock and re-offered for sale to the general public.

Secure Ordering

When you place an order through our secure ordering system, your financial information is secure. We accept credit cards through our secure site at Paypal, no account needed. The only information we collect is your shipping information and phone number.

What types of payment do you accept?

All payments must be made in US dollars.

We accept instant credit card payments through Paypal, no account needed,

Personal Checks and Money Orders. Personal check purchases must wait 7 to 10 business days to complete order processing. The personal check must clear your bank before shipment takes place.  Money order payment are usually shipped the next business day after reciept of payment.

International payments are made with any credit card through our secure site at Paypal.  No money orders are accepted.

We are a Paypal verified merchant. You can rest assured that you purchase will be handled in a professional and secure manner.

Do you offer Lay-away plans?

The order must total $50.00 or more. We will require an advance deposit of 25% of the total cost of the items.

This can be in the form of a personal check, money order, for US Customers, or the deposit can be made through PayPal for US and International Customers, but you will need to contact me in order to make a Lay-Away purchase. Please do not try to create a Lay-away using the shopping cart.

The item/s will be held for a period of, up to 90 days. During this time you may make payments on it however you like, but the final payment must be made within 90 days.

If the transaction is not concluded during the 90 day period, the item will be offered for sale again to the general public and all payments will be forfeited.

To place something on lay-away, just send us an email with the item title with item number and price totaling $50.00 or more, let us know that you want these items in lay-away, so that we can put a hold on the items and send you an invoice. You will then send a payment of 25% or more to hold the items via check, money order or credit card for US Customers. For international Lay-away all payments will be made via credit card through secure payments gateway at Paypal.

Can I return an item I've purchased?

We do not accept returns for digital patterns. If a problem arises where you feel there is a problem with the chart , please contact us about the situation, within three (3) days (by email) of receipt of your item(s) and give a very detailed description of the problem.

We do not refund for digital and hard good purchases that are made for someone else as a gift or for any other reason, then they don't like or want the item. That would be a cancellation, please refer to our cancellation policy.

Upon our receipt of your email, we will try to correct the problem. We do not or cannot correct problems that arise out of claims of the pattern is not the right size or for anything that is deemed subjective.

We make every effort to describe in detail what the pattern is.

Can I cancel my order?

For order cancellation there is a 10% service charge per order. This fee will be deducted right from your total purchase.  Please be sure that you want the item before you purchase it, or email me with any questions you might have before purchasing items.

The only information that we collect is enough to create you account. When you make a payment your financial information is not stored on this site.

We are a proud verified Paypal Merchant. We will not ever give, sell in any way your personal information.
