By completing your order, you accept the Terms & Conditions of Sale. Our Warranty does not apply to sales outside the USA. International customers assume all risks.

What are your Shipping Policies?
At this time, we offer patterns by download and email only. The main way of delivery is via download after purchase has been completed. We email only in the event of some type of download issue.
Shipping Delivery Time
Except for our busiest period, orders are generally shipped within 1 business day of receiving your order. During our busiest period, it may take up to 3 business days to confirm and complete your order. The delivery time is based on the time it takes to process your order in the order it was received.
When you place an order through our secure ordering system, your financial information is secure. We accept credit cards through our secure site at PayPal, no account needed. The only information we collect is your shipping information and phone number.
What types of payment do you accept?
All payments must be made in US dollars.
We accept instant credit card payments through PayPal, no account needed, We no longer accept money orders or personal checks.
International payments are made with any credit card in US dollars through our secure site at PayPal.
Treasured Finds.net is a PayPal verified merchant. You can rest assured that you purchase will be handled in a professional and secure manner.
Do you offer Lay-away plans?
Yes. The order must total $50.00 or more. We will require an advance deposit of 25% of the total cost of the items.
Partial payment will be made via credit card though PayPal, but you will need to contact me in order to make a Lay-Away purchase. Please do not try to create a Lay-away using the shopping cart.
The item/s will be held for a period of, up to, 90 days. During this time you may make payments on it however you like, but the final payment must be made within 90 days.
If the transaction is not concluded during the 90-day period, the item will be offered for sale again to the public and all payments will be forfeited.
To place something on lay-away, just email us with the item/s title with item/s number and price totaling $50.00 or more, let us know that you want these items in lay-away, so that we can put a hold on the items and send you an invoice. You will then send a payment of 25% or more to hold the items via credit card for US Customers and International Customers.
Can I return an item I've purchased?
We do not accept returns for digital patterns. If a problem arises where you feel there is a problem with the chart, please contact us about the situation, within three (3) days (by email) of receipt of your item(s) and give a very detailed description of the problem.
We do not refund for digital purchases that are made for someone else as a gift or for any other reason, then they don't like or want the item. That would be a cancellation, please refer to our cancellation policy. Upon our receipt of your email, we will try to correct the problem. We do not or cannot correct problems that arise out of claims of the pattern is not the right size or for anything that is deemed subjective.
We make every effort to describe in detail what the pattern is.
Can I cancel my order?
For order cancellation, there is a $20.00 service charge per order that will be deducted at the time of refund. Please be sure that you want the item before you purchase it, or email me with any questions you might have before purchasing items.
